Pour everything on a clean table and form a hill. Butter is taken out of the refrigerator and give it a soften. Cut into small pieces. Depending on your family's taste preferences, sprinkle with lemon or orange zest, cinnamon, finely chopped nuts or dried fruits before rolling the roll.
