Tabbouleh of bulgur — recipe

Bulgur 1.5 cups
Parsley (fresh herbs) 80 gr
Cucumber 2 pieces (400 grams)
Tomato 2 pieces (weighing about 300 grams)
fresh lemon juice 1?4 cups
Olive oil 4 tablespoons
Water 350 ml
Grits washed in running water and pour boiling water. Cover tightly with a lid and wait until the water is absorbed completely. Let it cool.

Parsley should be finely chopped, after removing the hard stems.Cut the vegetables into cubes.

Combine vegetables, parsley and bulgur, salt. For the filling, combine the lemon juice and olive oil. All combine and mix. Let it brew for 20 minutes to soak up the flavor of the snack.
