And we, of course, offer to cook a traditional Swiss dish – fondue. Yes,this is the national dish of this beautiful country.

Ingredients:
Amenassi cheese - 0.6 kg
clove of garlic
half a glass of white wine
1.5 tsp starch (better corn)
80 ml cherry liqueur

Preparation
Heat-resistant ceramic or porcelain form grate garlic. Pour the wine into it and put on a slow heat. It is necessary to heat it slowly, otherwise the garlic will get the "wrong" flavor. It is also important to warm up, not to heat the wine.

Cheese finely cut or three on a coarse grater. Lower into the wine and, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, melt the cheese crumbs.
