Salad with arugula, red pepper, sesame and other ingredients is a tasty and vitamin dish. This delicious salad can be prepared in 10 minutes – the recipe is very simple. The number of these ingredients is enough to collect the dish for 3 people. If necessary, you can increase the volume by adding more greens, vegetables and cheese. If you like seafood, diversify the dish with shrimp. This version of the salad we will cook with cheese. It should be noted that the green pieces of lettuce looked aesthetically pleasing, they need to tear his hands, not using a knife for cutting.

So, begin. Tear the salad "Moscow" into pieces, putting the greens in a large salad bowl. If you prepare a dish before serving, you can arrange the ingredients in plates, dividing them into each portion. Do the same with Basil. Arugula can be laid entirely, or cut with a knife.

Peel the red pepper, removing the inner white pulp and seeds. In this salad, the pepper cut into delicate strips. Place the red vegetable on plates, or put in a common salad bowl. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, sending the vegetables to the finished components.

Cut the white onion into neat rings. It will be delicious, fragrant and beautiful frame to our dish. Add onion rings to the main course. Next, put the sesame on the pan and fry a little on low heat.
